Day 27 – January Photo a Day, 2012 | Melbourne Children’s Photographer

For a long time now you have wanted reading glasses.

Once when you were 3 and a bit, you stopped outside the optometrist and asked for glasses…and to see the eye doctor because you were sure your eyes weren’t working.

Alas for you, you had 20/20 vision.

This afternoon, you decided to break the lenses out of your sun glasses…I turned around in the car to see you wearing just the frames and saying you could now see better.

You make me laugh.

We’ve been marvelling lately at all these freckles which have appeared on your face.

We call them ‘sun kisses’.

Happy Australia Day!

It’s pretty cool when Daddy gets to occasionally bring his workplace home.

Especially when it has a really BIG horn.

You love your bedtime friends now at 5, as much as you did as a little one.
